Rescue dogs come in all shapes and sizes, and usually in more combinations than we humans can confidently categorize.

“After over a decade of completing thousands of successful multi-state rescue operations, Wright-Way Rescue has pretty much seen it all,” said Lisa Aiken, a longtime Wilmette resident who serves as chairperson of the rescue group’s board of directors as well as its director of development.

Wright-Way is a nonprofit, no-kill animal shelter in Morton Grove.
