Families gathered at the Wilmette Public Library on Saturday, Feb. 2, learning about the customs and traditions of the Chinese New Year, thanks to Li Huang, a Mandarin teacher at Highcrest Middle School, and Brenda Hsu, who teaches Mandarin at Wilmette Junior High School.
