Bartaco’s grilled corn ($2.50), a traditional Mexican dish known as elote, is covered in lime, cotija cheese and cayenne pepper.
The tuna tatako ($3.50 each) features ancho chile-crusted tuna with Asian slaw in a lettuce shell.
Diners can also order $2.50 tacos with baja fish (left), portobello mushrooms (right), pork carnitas, swordfish, carne asada and a number of vegetarian options.
