The maple pepper bacon and tomato flatbread ($12.59) is made with maple pepper bacon, tomatoes, basil, a blend of cheeses all on top of garlic aioli brushed crust.
Batch 1000 BBQ pork nachos ($10.95) is made with pulled pork braised in Granite City’s 1000 Double IPA, sriracha queso, cheddar cheese, corn and black bean salsa, cilantro, guacamole and Granite City’s Santa Fe cream sauce.
The Oscar burger ($16.95) is topped with jumbo lump crab meat, Bearnaise sauce, Havarti cheese, asparagus, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle.
Mediterranean shrimp scampi ($16.95) is linguini with sauteed shrimp tossed in a sun-dried tomato pesto beurre blanc sauce, fresh arugula and finished with a touch of goat cheese.
