The shrimp and lobster sandwich is filled with shrimp, lobster, avocado, tomato, mixed greens and balsamic vinaigrette between two slices of brioche bread and served with homemade chips and a pickle.
The beet salad, served as an appetizer, is topped with goat cheese, white balsamic dressing and watercress, and beets and goat cheese finger sandwiches on the side.
Among the dessert options is the B.A. Chocolate Cake filled with caramel mousse and chocolate ganache.

It’s impossible to discuss The English Room without first mentioning the not one, but two doormen who graciously welcomed us into the Deer Path Inn on a frigid mid-morning day.
