A dozen New Trier High School students were charged last week in relation to a recent digital photo scandal in which nude images of students were traded.
Between Oct. 14-17, Winnetka police charged the 12 boys — all between 15 and 16 years old — with distribution of harmful material to a minor after an investigation found all 12 received at least one nude image of a juvenile female and forwarded it on, according to Winnetka Deputy Chief Joseph Pellus.
