Three of the four squads competing at the quad meet at the Wilmette Golf Club on Tuesday, Aug. 15, advanced to state as a team last year. But it’s a new season and the lone team at the quad that didn’t make it to state as a group last year won the quad meet.

Lake Forest beat out New Trier, Loyola and Glenbrook South to win the quad meet with a score of 290. And although the whole Scouts team didn’t advance to state last year, Lake Forest seniors Michael Seaman and Nick San Miguel competed at state as individuals.
