A previously unsung defensive lineman, Nick Murphy, shared the spotlight with star quarterback Quinn Boyle on Saturday, Sept. 9, at Hoerster Field when Loyola Academy began Catholic League play by scoring a decisive 31-7 victory over perennially powerful Mount Carmel.

Boyle spearheaded the Ramblers’ offense by completing 17 of 26 passes for three touchdowns and carrying the football 14 times for 77 yards and a touchdown.
