For some, the new year represents a chance to start over. But for Northbrook’s Pavilion Restaurant, it’s an opportunity to build on an already-successful repertoire of Eastern European fare.

Pavilion manager Amy Mazur and her staff recently expanded the menu to include more traditional options and new, inventive creations.
